Highway 27, just four miles north of the Interstate 4 (Exit Number 55)
and three miles south
of the west end of the 192, our villa is ideally located for your dream holiday. Walt Disney World and many of Orlando's
world famous attractions are with-in 12-30 minutes by car, while the excellent
road system means the Gulf coast beaches can be reached in 80
minutes, the Kennedy space center and Atlantic coast beaches in 60 minutes,
and the airports in 35 minutes for Orlando and 50 minutes for Sanford.
If
you like a round of Golf you'll be in heaven staying at our villa. Just
two minutes away is the highly respected Highlands Reserve course which
has received national recognition. Over
20 other quality courses can be found with-in a 20 mile radius and
cater for every level of golfer from amateurs to the experienced pro.
Courses include Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions gate.
On site facilities include lighted tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, a children's play area and a outdoor communal pool.
Just
outside Hampton Lakes you'll find the nearest bank, 24 hour hypermarket, local bars and restaurants,
shops, and family attractions all close by.

 Our
villa has two seating areas, the Family room and the Living room.
The
spacious Family room contains two large luxurious sofas (one of which can easily
be pulled out and converted into a double sized bed), allowing
the whole family to sit down together at the end of an
action packed day. Patio doors give direct access to the pool deck as well
as providing a great view out and letting in lots of natural light. To
help keep everyone entertained there is a large screen cable Television, DVD
system with a selection of films, and a PlayStation 2 games console with a
selection of games.
If you
wish to escape somewhere a little quieter you
can go and relax in the open plan Living room, situated
at the front of the house. You will find two large comfortable sofas. Ideal if
you want to just sit around out of the sun and read a good book (we have a good
selection of books in the villa for your perusal).

 The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete
with all the latest amenities including a large Cooker, Microwave,
Fridge/Freezer/Ice machine, large selection of Crockery and Cutlery, Dishwasher,
Toaster and Coffee Machine (essential for those early morning rises for the Theme
Parks).
The kitchen also
has a breakfast bar with enough seating for four people. Should
you wish to do any laundry, we have a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron
and ironing board located in a separate laundry cupboard located at the
rear of the Kitchen. All bed linen and towels are provided for
your needs.
The villa
has a telephone from which all international
calls to over 100 countries around the world (including the UK) are FREE.
Local calls are also free while all other calls can be paid for using most
telephone cards (sold in most large retail stores).

delightful Breakfast nook adjoins
the Kitchen and contains a round wooden top table and four
chairs. A large windows let in plenty of natural light.

adjoining the Living room is the Dining room. This spacious area has a large table and
6 chairs and is ideal for both formal and casual meals.

 The
villa contains three large
bedrooms and a double sized sofa-bed, allowing up
to 8 adults to sleep comfortably.
One of the
bedrooms is the master suite, one is a double bedroom and the third is a twin
room. The Master bedroom has a magnificent Queen sized bed and a luxury
en-suite bathroom comes complete with a large walk-in shower unit, Roman tub,
his and hers basins and a spacious walk-in closet complete with a security safe
(available for your use). As a final touch of
elegance you will have your own doorway out onto the pool deck.
The double
bedroom also has a Queen sized bed and a walk in closet. Bedroom
three contains two single sized beds and has
plenty of storage space provided by a large built-in closet and drawers.

 Located
conveniently in-between bedrooms two and three is the homes family
bathroom which has a bath / shower unit.
If you
still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa
bed located in the Family Room.
All three
bedrooms have cable television (a choice of 70 channels). All
the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before
your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.
The villa
has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool
temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures
are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good
nights sleep.

 Our
luxurious villa has its own 13 by 26 foot pool, all available for your use and with FREE
Heating.
The pool is surrounded by a large extended patio
which is furnished with
high quality furniture including chairs, table, and
sun beds, giving you the option of just lying back and soaking up the Florida
sunshine, or sitting round the table to enjoy lunch and a couple of nice
cool drinks.
The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the
pool clean and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced
weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.

 For
peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa, all the
doors and windows leading out onto the pool deck are alarmed,
additionally there is a pool safety fence available which takes just a
couple of minutes to put in plae or
take down.
The
final feature of the pool deck is the pool side bathroom, enabling you to
go straight from the pool into a nice refreshing shower.
